Award Institution or individual whose commitment has reached beyond the ordinary in the cause of preservation & improvement of our built environment. |

| 5. Open Category
Award Quality design that has inspired. This category is open to anything that reflects quality design, from creative use of a former parking lot to a project that preserves our city's ethnic heritage. |
