FAQ
1. Where does the tour start?
Participants can start the tour at any of three Ticket Stop locations but
must choose one as the starting point where they can purchase tickets, receive
a map, checklist and tour book. There is a suggested but not prescribed route.
Parking and a link to each site is included.

located at 274 1st Ave. Parking is free but limited.

2. Can I walk to all of the properties?
Almost! First, be sure to wear good walking shoes. New this year to City Hop
is a shuttle bus service that will pick up and drop off event participants.
The shuttle buses will circulate between the three Ticket Stops while tour
guides share information about downtown Columbus’ historic landmarks.
The shuttle is included in the price of admission.

4. Is the tour handicap accessible?
Not all properties may be accessible. The Tour Guidebook will indicate which
stops are accessible.
5. What is Columbus Landmarks Foundation?
Columbus Landmarks is central Ohio’s only nonprofit organization dedicated
to historic preservation and quality urban design.
Landmarks plays an integral role in educating the community, encouraging responsible
public and private sector enhancement of historic areas and structures, and
promoting the highest standards in the design and construction of new buildings
and spaces.
The City Hop Tour highlights the work of area developers who have invested
in downtown Columbus to transform old buildings into dynamic lofts and design
new buildings for the urban landscape which fit into the spirit of our mission.
